IN LOVING MEMORY OF

JEAN DELONG CUSTER

In the late 1950s, the DeLong family moved to the Christmas tree farm in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.  Jean’s childhood was spent on the farm, growing up in the 1839 barn apartment her grandfather had built when he bought the property in 1941.  The farm was a place she loved and was the home base for family reunions with her cousins from across the country.

Jean is survived by her son R.T., and grandchildren Sawyer and Wesley of Fort Collins, Colorado; her mother, Ann, of Ephrata, Pennsylvania; sister Nancie Minicozzi of Mohnton, Pennsylvania; niece Heidi Minicozzi of Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania; aunt Janice Diehm of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania; ex-husband, Steve, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; and many cousins; along with her barn family at Sweigart Stables in Denver, Pennsylvania; and her church family at St. Peter UCC and Lancaster Theological Seminary.

Jean’s son, RT, will finish the project she started by selling the DeLong Christmas Tree Farm so that it can bring love and joy to a new family.

We look forward to your visit.
